Today’s Pic of the Day:

Annabelle turned me on to this app called Color Happy.  It is basically a paint by number. We would sit and do pictures together when she was here.  But then I got hooked.  There are all kinds of pictures, plus there is a daily one.  Everyday I at least do the daily picture.  

Here’s today’s daily. Plus I did one in honor of the Canadian holiday, Canada Day.

The girls had their birthday party today at a gymnastics facility.  They loved being there with their friends and running all over.

Kev took me to the gym again today to ride the bike again, but I was really struggling to get the pedals around.  So I decided to try a walk on the treadmill.  It was super slow, but I was able to do a mile.

I was up early enough to see the sunrise on my walk this morning.  4 laps around the block.  

Then Kev took me to the gym and I rode the bike for 15 minutes.

The kids spent the night and here’s a few things they were up to.  

Lainey made this pic on her light board.  It says I love you. 

Emery helped me clean out the toy box.  She is tossing “Gladys” in the trash.  Gladys was a puppet Alicia made when she was in college.  Somehow we still have it, until today.  

Kev had put this candy box in Eli’s bed last night, so he wanted to put it in Papa’s bed to get even.
