I love the smoothies I make. I know I mentioned how great my new blender makes smoothies but I just love how good they are. I started making them when I was doing the 75Hard so that I could add some more protein to my day. I add the Vital Collagen Proteins. I picked that brand because it is Whole30 compliant. I also use almond milk and coconut water, also because they are compliant. Then I add different fruit and spinach. So delicious and filling.
