August 22-25 Ruidoso

A couple years ago Kev and I went to Ruidoso New Mexico and played in a pickleball tournament. We decided we wanted to do it again for a weekend getaway and just something to do.  We were planning on playing mixed together and I contacted a girl that I knew that lives there and asked her if she would be my partner to play women’s with me. We had a good time playing together and with the way our bracket was set up between ages and skill levels we ended up winning a medal even though we really didn’t do that well.  Then Kev and I also won medal, we took silver in our bracket, the team that beat us was really good.
