Today’s Pic of the Day:
Today was the last run of the season, at least for Team Get Some. The season for us goes from September to May. There are some runs in the summer but it’s too hot for any of us.
I wasn’t able to do the whole 5k but still found the photographer along the route.

Today’s Pic of the Day:
Today I had an appointment with a post surgery trial company. I learned how to use an app to record how my days are going for 30 days after my surgery. I have to report twice a day and answer the questions it gives me and then read what the recommendations are. It is an AI system that they are trying to see how it works. It’s a little over my head but I was intrigued and said yes to trying it out. I will get a $50 Amazon card each week and at the end of the 30 days an additional $50 GC when it’s over. So why not?
It’s not live til the day of my surgery, so it doesn’t show the set up yet.
